On 10 September, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) delivered its decision on the Bricmate and Fliesen-Zentrum preliminary ruling cases, requested on 6 November 2013 and 30 December 2013 respectively. In both cases, the ECJ, having taken into account all elements at hand as well as the opinions of the Advocates General, confirmed the validity of the Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 917/2011 of 12 September 2011 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tiles from China.
