On 10 April 2013 the European Commission presented a proposal to modernise Trade Defence Instruments (TDI), i.e. anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures. The proposal consists of a package of a communication, draft legislative proposal and draft guidelines subject to a three-month public consultation.
Cerame-Unie is following the consultation process within the TDI Industry Alliance which expressed its position in a joint letter addressed to the College of Commissioner on 3 April.
