The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) published draft documents of the Green Public Procurement (GPP) criteria for office buildings in December 2014.

CU replied to this consultation underlining that the GPP proposal should also include durability and fire safety criteria. Additionally, it was highlighted that the GPP for office buildings must consider the environmental impacts generated in the use phase of a building.
