The European Union published the Implementing Regulation imposing a definitive country-wide anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tableware originating in China.
On 5 February 2026, the European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/274, imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty of 79% on imports of Chinese ceramic tableware and kitchenware, following a request for an interim review initiated by FEPF in 2024.
The Regulation was published on 6 February and enters into force one day after publication.
