EPCF Informal Lunch Debate on The revision of the Directive (EC) 84/500/EEC on ceramic articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs (the “Ceramic Directive”) took place on the 26 June 2018. The luncheon was hosted by Anthea McIntyre MEP (UK ECR), Vice-Chair EPCF and member of the employment committee.
The lunch gathered MEPs and relevant team members as well as representatives from the tableware industry throughout Europe.
During the lunch, the recent developments in the revision of “the Ceramic directive” were explained, and its consequences explored.
